When is Bike Tech?
Friday 2 stations, and again on Sat am.
Remember, you must start and complete the event on the
SAME bike, you may use "your practice bike" for parts
but, frame #'s will be recorded at Tech and top 10 will be impounded for
verification
Every bike must go through tech to compete
Tech will have 2 stations this year and there will be NO practice on
Friday
Arrive Friday, settle in, check in - tech and 7pm Pit bike races on Sx!
Remember - NO PETS OR BICYCLES ON NERC WEEKEND
YIKES... you will be able to ride in the pits this year

Do I have to Be a Member of any Organization
or Winchester Speedpark?
No. This Event is Open to all riders.
No membership or AMA Membership is required
When is the event?
The event is over Labor Day weekend. Gates will open on
Friday Aug 29th
Gates will be open all weekend while
competing Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
How is the Format?
We will run a Practice for all classes on
Saturday .
The event is a 3 Moto Format,
running one Moto per day for the three days.
The Combined overall of all
Three days/Three Motos will be
the final Overall Finish.

***Not all racers may qualify to race in Monday's Moto 3***
all racers will run Sat and Sunday - BUT.....
IF your class ends up with more than 40 entries - There will be qualifiers - see
below
EVERY CLASS WILL BE CAPPED AT 40 BUT...
Supermini 12-15 - Cap is 75
Youth C - Cap is 75
125 C - Cap is 75
Youth B - Cap is 75
125 B - Cap is 75
If the class is overfull, we will not be
running typical Qualifiers with LCQ's as we do not wish to send anyone home the
first day.
For Classes with more than 40+ racers we will split the group into 2 or 3 Groups
depending on the number.
Example:
Let' say On Saturday there is 60 125C riders
In the race order where 125 C Runs, there will be 125 C Group 1 with 30 and 125
C Group 2 with 30
Those Races will count for 125 C Moto 1
On Sunday those same racers in 125 C Group 1 and 125 C Group 2 will Run again
where 125 C Runs in the order -
Those Races will count for 125 C Moto 2
***On Monday we will take the Top 20 Out of Group 1 and Group 2 = 40 into Moto 3
The placements of those 40 racers from Sat and Sunday are their finishes for
Moto 1 and Moto 2
We take the overall of Moto 1, Moto 2 and Moto 3 for the overall
***Not all racers will qualify to race in Monday's Moto 3
What places are being awarded?
30 Minutes after the Overall of all Three Motos
are Final we will be awarding Top Ten. Proceed to the
Press area for
presentations, Photos and interviews. Podium for Top 3. First place
trophies are 5ft High and
descend to 4ft for 2nd Place, 3ft for Third Place, - 4th place - 10th place
Award Plaques.
Industry swag will also be awarded to top 10 by
The New England Regional
Championship Sponsors.
How can I enter?

$65 a class Pre-Entry
$40 all weekend gate fee racers/adults - includes both parks and all activities
or $15 a day spectator band
Optional BBQ meal on Sat night - $15 adults, $10 kids - pre order on form
Do I need a Transponder?
Yes, EVERY racer needs to either have, buy or
rent a transponder for this event.
No sharing.
transponders will be available for rent or purchase at the
track
$10 a day rental with security deposit or purchase
What are the
Bibs?
Racers will receive a NERC special event bib to be worn while
participating.
There will no longer be organizational bibs/teams
What else will be going on?
Well, we will have special guests, industry
rigs, special foods and nightly activities.
There will be a
pit bike race 7:00pm-10:00pm under
the lights on the Sx Track FRIDAY NIGHT
No
transponders needed for pit bike racing. No pre entry needed - sign up at track
SX Kitchen will be
open for PIZZA Snacks and drinks
BBQ meals will be available for purchase for $15 Adults - $10
Kids
- There will be food tents with tables and chairs set up on the
Mx Park side Saturday evening 6-8pm- You must pre-purchase meals to
participate -
pay with entry forms.
Then Under Pressure Band Under the Tent 7-10pm Sat Night
Sunday evening will be Presented by DUNLOP - Family
Fair with Ice Cream, games and Fireworks!!
We envision this event to be full of great
competition by day and full of fun and family at night.
Are there any Practices before the event to
get ready?
Yes, NERC ONLY practice on Aug 13th 12-5pm $30
You may sign up that day if there is still space in your class
**THERE WILL NOT BE A FRIDAY 8/29 NERC PRACTICE **
Water?
A REFILL of fresh water if needed will be
available at the office building and several stations throughout the park
Water barrels will be filled via WINCHESTER FIRE DEPT
DONATIONS ACCEPTED

BRING DOLLY AND BARRELS TO FILL WATER YOURSELF IN PARK
Fresh Water to our Motor homes?
Yes, the WINCHESTER FIRE DEPT will be making rounds to fill up your Motor homes
for a fee- $25 cash to them
WE WILL HAVE FRESH WATER STATIONS ALONG PIT ROAD - 2007
Showers? Bathrooms?
Yes, we have bathrooms and showers at the sign up building
showers - Quarters needed
Ice?
Yes, will be on sale on site
Trash - Potties?
Trash bags will be handed out upon arrival,
please keep your pit clean and picked up and dispose of trash into dumpsters.
Maps will be handed out at the gate directing you to the trash dumpsters and
potties that will be located throughout the park.
Septic Services?
PJD Septic will be offering Camper pump outs
for $30 (cash only to him)- Sign up at office, these will be done mornings -
Sunday and Monday.

No, Not this weekend. Sorry there will not be room for either.

First Aid?
A First Aid Tent will be staffed with an EMT for medical needs.
The tent will be located near the
office and will be displayed on the Park Map.
Parking?
We need to maximize the parking space. You will
be Parked on arrival. If you want to park with your friend, come with your
friend.
All Cars (Vehicles without bikes) WILL be parked on the Sx park
Side.
Parking On Friday - Enter from North to South, what does
that mean?
Last year we had miles of motor homes coming in from
the North and from the South
to the park which congested the rte 10 highway and disrupted
local traffic
from passing in a timely and safe way. This also created
two lanes coming into the
park making it impossible for any vehicle to pass in or
out. The police department suggested
a single file line into the park so that traffic would not
be interrupted on Rte 10 AND
it would keep one lane open to move in and out of the park
which is VERY important in
the case of an emergency. This single line will make it
safer and more efficient coming
in on Friday. So, if you are coming up from the south, you
have to go by the park, find
the end of the line and turn around further up north to
enter the line From north to south to park.

What time shall I arrive? Rte 10 IS a state
Highway - We don't think
the police will let you line up on the road overnight - So, get a good
night sleep either
at home or in the area and head over to line up in
the morning
Gates will open 10am to start parking
There is more parking this year due to the new area
all the way down the side of track
BUT if you have to park on the SX side, it's NOT the end of
the world as we allow
pit riding this year AND it's a one Moto a day format
How can I help the process?
Try to have the payment ready when buying bands - correct
change helps
Come in with who you want to park with - special requests
are not possible when
trying to get folks off the road and parked
