Class Space update:
Classes over 30 entries that are NOT qualifiers
50 OPEN – 4 SPOTS
65C – 4 SPOTS
85B – 5 SPOTS
JR MINI – 1 SPOT
SUPERMINI – FULL (WAIT LIST – POSSIBLE QUALIFIER)
450B – 5 SPOTS
OPEN B – 2 SPOTS
SCHOOLBOY – 4 SPOTS
(Schoolboy at 36 now is another option for Supermini riders)
Supermini (since pre entry is done with 40 entered, we will
cap at 40 and build a wait list,
If we get 15 more, it will run as a qualifier as originally planned,
if not, this class will run with 40 all three days with no divisions)
**Note on classes
We are receiving entries for Schoolboy with racers that do not have the
correct bike to compete in that class
you MUST be sure you sign up for the right class (age, level, bike size) it
is your responsibility to know the rules

Fireworks!
Monday Sept 7th Moto 3 (if you qualify into

Top 10 awards - trophies top 3, Plaques 4-10 and gift bags after final results
Parking?
We need to maximize the parking space. You will
be Parked on arrival. If you want to park with your friend, come with your
friend.
All Cars (Vehicles without bikes) WILL be parked on the Sx park
Side.
Parking On Friday - Enter from North to South, what does
that mean?
Traffic heading North on Rte 10 will not be able to enter the park from that
direction. There will be a single file only coming into the
park on Friday, this line will be lined up heading South on Rte 10.
This helps to keep the local traffic open. If you are traveling North,
pass the park and head into Swanzey, a few miles up past Rte 10 Gas
station, swing around at Secord Antiques on your left to head down Rte 10
South to get into the single file line into park. This helps move the
entrance to the park along quicker as well.
Please be patient, once you are in you can settle in for the 4 days!

What time shall I arrive? Rte 10 IS a state
Highway - Get a good
night sleep either
at home or in the area and head over to line up in
the morning
Gates will open 9am to start parking
There is more parking this year due to the new area
all the way down the side of track
BUT if you have to park on the SX side, it's NOT the end of
the world as we allow
pit riding this year AND it's a one Moto a day format
How can I help the process?
Try to have the payment ready when buying bands - $40
weekend/racer pass, correct
change helps
Come in with who you want to park with - special requests
are not possible when
trying to get folks off the road and parked
But, if you have a handicap permit, please let the parkers
know
When is Bike Tech?
Friday 2 stations 11-6, and again on Sat 6-7:30
MUST BE DONE BEFORE RACING STARTS
Remember, you must start and complete the event on the
SAME bike, you may use "your practice bike" for parts
but, frame #'s will be recorded at Tech and top 10 will be impounded for
verification
Every bike must go through tech to compete
Tech will have 2 stations and there will be NO practice on
Friday

BUT, if YOU are not good, YOU will WALK

Do I need a Transponder?
Yes, EVERY racer needs to either have, buy or
rent a transponder for this event.
transponders will be available for rent or purchase at the
track
$10 a day rental with security deposit or purchase
Boot Transponders
I have searched and found and bought
as many boot transponders as I could throughout the whole
country
this summer just so those of you who own them could
use them
and not have to rent them for this year's NERC. PLEASE
remember to
bring them so that the ones I do have can be rented to
racers who do
NOT own them. IF you don't have one but have a friend
who
does that is NOT racing, PLEASE borrow it. I have plenty to
rent IF those
who own them actually use them. Thanks in advance!
